The Refractive Surgery Consultant Dynamic Reports package
is versatile, comprehensive, and easy to use.
Built-in defaults are provided to provide the entry-level
user with immediate access to commonly used reports, such as visual and refractive
outcomes, changes in best-corrected acuity (BSCVA), demographic information,
and changes (trends) in outcomes over time.
For
more sophisticated users, extensive data filters can be applied to compare
and contrast specific data sets. The list of filters provided in the software
was developed in response to suggestions from our users, and includes such
items as personnel (surgeon, referring doctors), surgery dates, procedure
characteristics (treatment range, targets, cylinder values), patients (age
range, BSCVA, specific patient, or eye) and equipment (laser, keratome, laser
settings, optical zone sizes, keratectomy plate, hinge location, etc.).
Most reports include powerful drill-down capabilities. Double
click on a statistic to see a list of the underlying data, or to plot the
results in a colorful graph that can be exported to PowerPoint or into a manuscript.
Export processed data to Excel with a single click.
Within reports, specify additional criteria to obtain different
views of the data. Click a button to view results for all eyes, spheres or
spherocylinders. Select which variables to plot in the scattergrams report.
Choose from a list of visual, refractive, and BSCVA outcomes to plot trends
over time. Perform vector analysis on individual eyes, and change data to
examine "what-if" scenarios for vector outcomes.
The
Dynamic Reports package in the Refractive Surgery Consultant Elite is
built on the developers' extensive mathematical and statistical backgrounds.
Calculations are performed using the correct, published methods and reports
are designed to provide information in accepted formats for presentation and
publication.
In addition to those mentioned above, the Refractive Surgery
Consultant Elite includes doubled-angle plots, data accountability (follow-up)
reports, tables and charts showing preoperative refractive features, nomogram
reports, patient lists, detailed single-eye reports, and more!
