Who We Are

The Refractive Surgery Consultant™ Elite is the result of a collaborative effort between Jack T. Holladay, MD, MSEE of Houston Texas, and Guy M. Kezirian, MD, FACS, of Paradise Valley, Arizona. Both are board-certified ophthalmologists with hands-on experience as refractive surgeons. Dr. Holladay has an extensive background in software development for ophthalmic applications, including the IOL Consultant™, the SOAP program for outcomes analysis, and several programs for corneal topography analysis. Dr. Kezirian’s background includes the design and administration of clinical research projects in refractive surgery, including the development of several outcomes analysis software programs. He has published on nomogram development and has experience in developing nomograms for hundreds of surgeons around the world.
